Stahls' Fashion-FILM® is the most commonly used heat transfer vinyl for T-shirts and fashion style shirts. Ideal for application onto lightweight cotton, Fashion-FILM® vinyl's thin composition and soft hand make it great for personalizing fashion apparel. Available in a wide variety of colors, including Fashion-FILM® Electric colors.

1 Color on Polyester & Blends

Time:15 seconds
Temperature:320°F/160°C
Pressure:Medium
Peel:Hot
 

2 Color on Polyester & Blends

Time:Tack background 2 seconds, peel hot, place foreground on top, 15 seconds
Temperature:320°F/160°C
Pressure:Medium
Peel:Hot
 

Heated Lower Platen on 100% Polyester

Lower Platen:320°F
Upper Platen:270°F
Time:10 seconds
Pressure:60 psi (#6/Medium on Hotronix® machines)
Peel:Hot
Note:Power Platen not recommended for use with 100% cotton fabrics. For blends with high cotton content proceed with caution. Test application using upper heat only, if it scorches test using lower heat. Decrease pressure for smaller Power Platen sizes.

Instructions for Application to 100% Cotton

Close machine to pre-heat lower platen for 30 seconds
Pre-heat garment for 10-15 seconds
Temperature: 320°
Time: 25 secs
Pressure: 60 psi (#6/Medium on Hotronix®)
Peel: Hot

Heated Lower Platen Instructions for 95% Polyester / 5% Spandex / Triblends

Lower Platen Temperature: 290°
Upper Platen Temperature: 270°
Time: 30 secs
Pressure: 60 psi (#6/Medium on Hotronix®)
Peel: Hot
Care Instructions
Machine wash inside-out using mild detergent.
Do not use bleach. Dry at a normal dryer setting on household machines. Do not dry clean.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry area around 65 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight and humidity. Recommended shelf life is one year.
